management

I began my health and care career as a trainee on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme in 2012. The scheme cemented my passion for policy development, strategic planning, and large-scale programme management, with a particular focus on wider public sector reform and integration. Always keen to take on a broad portfolio, I’ve undertaken several roles with diverse remits that have included everything from cancer pathways to housing, operational planning to voluntary sector grants. This diversity has helped me build a wide-reaching network and an in-depth understanding of how different parts of the public sector operate and the challenges they face. I thrive on working with others and get stuck in to build trusting and productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, finding common purpose and facilitating compromise.
