Who i am

I’m a highly motivated and collaborative public sector leader and thinker with over a decade of experience working in public sector policy across a range of sectors, including national and local government, academia, the NHS and charities.

My career to date has included a PhD fellowship in health policy, senior strategic and operational NHS and local authority management roles, as well as the chairing of a national charity. I draw on my excellent knowledge of these sectors, as well as key skills developed in policy analysis, communication and influencing to bridge the gap between research, policy and practice.

Naturally curious and outgoing, I have strong critical thinking and analysis skills which I combine with my ability to build successful relationships to influence at all levels.

I’m highly organised and versatile, known for “getting stuff done” and not being afraid to get stuck in.

An open and empathetic leader, I enjoy building high performing, supported and fulfilled teams where everyone can flourish.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in the kitchen, the garden, a bookshop, or anywhere I can swim.
