consultancy

You might not need someone like me permanently. In fact, much of the work I like to do might be a one-off or something that only needs doing every few years. You might want an objective pair of eyes and ears to review your systems or facilitate an event. I’ve successfully carried out a number of consultancy projects and fulfilled interim roles. Whether I’m in a role for a day, a week, or a year, I get stuck in immediately learning about the organisation, context, and most importantly, the people. And when my job is done, I leave a detailed handover to carry on the work and ensure it stays fit for purpose long after I’m gone.
